Pricing & Taxes

Certain features require payment of fees as indicated at the point of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of paid services.

Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may manage or disable auto‑renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are offered.

Service Modifications

The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for changes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security reasons, or operational requirements. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the service nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, which may not apply in full.
